We manufactured several spring-return hydraulic tensioners, custom-designed to fit the customer’s specific dimensions, for closing and tightening operations on a pump for a company that manufactures environmental systems, industrial pumps, and centrifugal and screw compressors.
The tensioner manufactured is model CTP350/12-M105-M120-RM, with an effective area of 49,009 mm² – maximum load of 3,430 kN at 700 bar and a stroke of 12 mm. To facilitate and speed up the piston return operations, the tensioner was designed with a spring return mechanism.
