PRODUCTION
FPT Fluid Power Technology is proudly made in Italy. All equipment follows a precision machining production cycle carried out 100% in-house at FPT.
The major suppliers of raw materials and specific metallurgical of our society are national and European steel mills.
The material mainly bought is low alloy steels, carbon steels, stainless quenched and tempered steel, stainless steel series aisi300 and asi400. In addition, we also supply non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, bronze and bronze aluminum. All material purchased is carefully selected and supplied with 3.1 certification directly from major steel mills.
FPT – Fluid Power Technology has equipment and machine tools with numerical control CNC capable of meeting the requirements of accuracy and quality required by the market.
Among the machines in our workshop, we have:
machining centers 5-axis and 3-axis vertical milling machine, CNC lathes at 3 and 2 axes, milling, grinding, heat treatment furnaces and machines of various equipment, drills, saws, grinders, grinding machines, wheel balancers.
