Alert ring
Quick couplers from 1000 bar to 4000 bar are designed with red alert ring: If the red ring is visible, the connection is not complete and when pressurizing the system, the nipple may suddenly shoot out of the coupling under pressure.
700 bar connections
Do not use ball and poppet quick couplers in the same hydraulic circuit to avoid bad couplings between, which can cause dangerous leaks of oil under pressure.
