Hand pumps for hydraulic tensioners and nuts

PDSA Series.

  • Two-speed version: first stage with higher flow rate (40 cm3/stroke) for rapid approach.
  • Single-size oil tank (1,8 liters): PDSA-1600 and PDSA-3000 modelsare ideal for tensioning systemsas well as for operations on bearing seats, which typically operate with low volume requirements.
  • PDSA-3000 model, typically set at max 2500 bar, is ideally suited for use with hydraulic nuts and rings.
  • Lateral by-pass handwheel in techno polymer ensures simple manual operation for pressure discharging. Pressure relief valve integrated in the pump body for maximum operator safety.
  • Heavy-duty design studied to have high performances maintaining an optimal effort on the lever. Easy attachment to machinery or structures: tough pins with through-holes are provided.
  • Standard viscosity 32 cSt: custom-made hand pumps for higher viscosity values are available

Tensioning system
Pressure-Force diagram allows to operate at the desired tensioning value according to the specific case.

SKYDROL hand pumps
Equipped with EPDM sealing for applications requiring SKYDROL fluid. Models: PDSA-1600-EPDM, PDSA-3000- EPDM

Containing box
Aluminum box with internal foam is available (code 09297HQC-AS012) to protect the tool during transport.

Quick connections
PDSA-3000 model is connectable to ‘clip’ version with metal sealing quick couplers, designed for very high pressure.

Maximum pressure
Max pressure value is set during testing phase. Do not act on regulation valve.

Connections
Do not combine PDSA-1600 model with lower-pressure adapters: NPT thread is designed for a maximum value of 700 bar.
