FPT Fluid Power Technology can supply calibration reports for hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic tensioners. The calibration report consists of verifying the actual force developed by the cylinder/tensioner at different pressure steps.

Using a load cell with a capacity of 5 MN certified by ACCREDIA, The Italian Accreditation Body, calibration reports can be created for cylinders/tensioners with a maximum capacity ranging from 50 to 5000 kN.

The calibration report thus allows you to have a force-pressure table from which you can deduce the actual deviation between theoretical force and real force and is essential in all those precision operations where it is necessary to know the exact load that is going to be applied.
