In Magnoncout 100% successful using the FPT Synchronous lifting system

As part of the demolition and reconstruction operation of the bearing support and of the bridge bearing replacement, East Ouvrages successfully completed their hydraulic jacking operations on the Magnoncourt structure, on behalf of the Haute-Saône Departmental Council. A project that took place over two weeks, with traffic cut off on the RD 64.

For the hydraulic jacking operations of lifting and lowering have been used the FPT Fluid Power Technology Synchronous lifting system and high tonnage hydraulic jacks.
Our customer was involved on several areas of expertise for the successful completion of this project:
– Complete geometric survey of the structure,
– Calculation of the work and verifications necessary for the project,
– Determination of methods,
– Technical support to the customer.

The jacking operations have been carry on using:
– 250 ton hydraulic cylinders with safety nuts,
– 1 LAO control unit: to manage millimetric lifting and lowering using a PC control
The structure had a weight around 500 tons.
