Dynamic Test Facility – for a dynamic simulation of Synchronous lifting operations

The Dynamic Test Facility is a dedicated area where dynamic tests can be conducted to simulate controlled lifting and lowering operations. A 40-ton concrete block simulates the weight of potential structures to be lifted, and the FPT SYNCHRO control unit—synchronous lifting systems—controlled via PLC automatically manages the lifting or lowering process with a maximum leveling error of 1 mm.

The operator can use a laptop to set various parameters:

– the stroke to be performed

– select which and how many cylinders to operate

– set a maximum pressure (and thus a force) beyond which the system must stop

– view the relative and absolute position of each cylinder, as well as the force, pressure, and direction indication.

The test area is dedicated to conducting training and testing for the operation of machines, FPT synchronous lifting systems, and any other hydraulic control units.
