FPT Fluid Power Technology designs and manufactures custom high pressure hand pumps, engineered for demanding industrial applications and available in pressure ranges from 700 bar up to 4,000 bar.
Each hand pump is custom-built to meet specific customer requirements, not only in terms of performance and pressure, but also in materials, configuration, and compatibility with different operating fluids. Our solutions are designed for maximum reliability, safety, and precision in critical hydraulic applications.
FPT hand pumps can be designed to operate with a wide variety of fluids, including water, phosphoric esters, naphtha, and other hydrocarbons. On request, we also manufacture non-magnetic stainless steel hand pumps for nuclear applications or installation on military vehicles, ensuring compliance with the most stringent technical and environmental requirements.
Our high pressure manual pumps are available in single-stage or double-stage configurations, allowing faster operation during load approach phases. Depending on application needs, they can be equipped with compact reduced-capacity tanks for easy portability or larger reservoirs up to 8 liters, capable of operating multiple cylinders simultaneously.
Pressure gauges can be installed according to customer specifications, or alternative solutions with manometric ports can be provided. All FPT hand pumps are equipped with integrated safety valves to guarantee maximum operational safety under all working conditions.

All custom high pressure hand pumps are entirely manufactured in Italy within our advanced production facility. Our state-of-the-art CNC machining center, equipped with precision turning and milling technologies, ensures full control over every production stage.
