FPT – Fluid Power Technology designs and manufactures custom high-pressure pneumo-hydraulic pumps ranging from 700 to 1000 bar, providing maximum customization and versatility. When standard production models do not meet customer requirements, FPT can design and produce hydraulic units tailored to specific applications.
The entire control unit can be engineered according to the unique needs of the customer and the operational sector. A wide range of accessories can be integrated with the hydraulic unit, including transport cages, customized tanks, various types of pressure gauges, specialized valves, protective cases, and customer-specific structures. Additional custom options are available to ensure the hydraulic system fully meets performance, safety, and operational requirements.
Available different oil tanks
Oil tanks are available in multiple sizes to accommodate a wide range of applications. The 2.5-liter tank is made of plastic, while larger tanks of 5 and 10 liters are made of steel. Larger tanks also offer the option to install a unidirectional valve to control the lowering phase.
Operation and connections
The pump is controlled using the PUMP and RELEASE buttons, which respectively generate and discharge hydraulic pressure. Operators must avoid applying excessive force to these controls to prevent mechanical damage or operational faults.
Prior to operation, ensure that all hydraulic and pneumatic connections are correctly installed and securely tightened. Verify that fittings on both the oil and air circuits comply with the manufacturer’s specifications to maintain system integrity, prevent leaks, and ensure optimal performance. Proper connection and handling are essential for safe, reliable, and efficient pump operation.
