High pressure hydraulic hoses 1000 – 1800 – 2500 – 3000 – 4000 bar

TF Series

  • 1000 bar flexible hoses have thermoplastic material, polyester elastomer inner tube, polyurethane cover. Combined Aramid Steel braid ensures longevity pressure performance and compact design. Light bend radii for use on hose reels and in tight environments.
  • 1800 – 2500 – 3000 – 4000 bar flexible hoses have outer cover in Polyamide (PA) – inner tube in Polyoxymethylene (POM). Reinforcement in multiple steel layers.

The TFG – TFR 1000 series includes hydraulic flexible hoses 1/4 – internal Ø 6.3 mm, working pressure 1000 bar. • Also available in custom sizes and types. • Flexible hoses can be equipped with quick couplers. Series TFG – TFR 1800 – 2000 – 2500 and 4000 are the series dedicated to the very high working pressure, with respectively: 1800 bar – 2000 bar – 2500 bar and 4000 bar. • Also available in non-standard sizes and types.

Flexible hoses nomenclature

  • TFR# -TFRR# -TFG# - TFGG#: flexible hose at max working pressure 1000 bar
  • TFR#/1800: flexible hose at max working pressure 1800 bar
  • TFR#/2500: flexible hose at max working pressure 2500 bar
  • TFR#/3000-M16D - TFR#/3000-M16G: flexible hose at max working pressure 3000 bar
  • TFR#/4000-M16D - TFR#/4000-M16H: flexible hose at max working pressure 4000 bar with metal protection sleeve. #indicates length in meters

1000 bar version approval
Flexible hose suitable for petroleum or synthetic or water based hydraulic fluids in hydraulic systems: approved by MSHA - Mine Safety and Health Administration - number IC-305.

Attention

  • Keep flexible hoses far from humidity and heat sources and from high temperature.
  • Flexible hoses must be positioned away from the area below the load.
  • Installation of a hose at less than the minimum listed bend radius may significantly reduce the hose life. Particular care must be given to avoid sharp bending at the hose/fitting juncture.
  • Hang up flexible hoses without amassing them.Do not use them when damaged or extra-bended.
