Single phase electric pump suitable for operating hydraulic bolt tensioners at 1500 bar. The project is based on a low pressure gear pump combined with an oil-oil pressure intensifier.
The hydraulic pump is made in two fully automatic versions: one that allows the generation of pressure up to 1500 bar and two other models up to 2000 bar and 3000 bar.
The panel control valve allows the comfortable setting of the outlet pressure.
To download the data, the option with data logger is available; in fact, using an electric pump for bolt tensioners, it is possible to request as an optional the DATA LOGGER that allows the operator to download the data of the tightening performed and be able to subsequently analyze them.
This model of control unit is extremely compact, light and suitable for use on wind towers or in environments with limited space available.
